Return Policy

Cancellations/Returns/Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

30-Day Return Policy:

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. If you decide you no longer want your item or have changed your mind, you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to our warehouse.

Return Eligibility:

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• • In the same original new condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
