At Wallparta, we stand behind the quality of our products and the trust our customers place in us. Every order is backed by our Wallparta Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unhappy with your Wallparta wall panels for any reason, please contact us.
Each request is reviewed individually, and we will offer a fair and reasonable resolution, which may include:

  • A replacement
  • A partial or full refund
  • Store credit
  • A return, when appropriate

Our goal is customer satisfaction, not rigid rules. Our priority is to make things right with minimal hassle. When possible, we’ll resolve concerns through replacements or alternatives without requiring a return. Return shipping costs will apply if a return is necessary.

No Fixed Return Window

We do not impose a strict return deadline.

Return or resolution requests may be accepted at any time, provided that:

  • The request is reasonable
  • The product issue is genuine
  • The policy is not being abused

We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances of each case.

Returns, Shipping & Fees

Due to the size and nature of wall panels:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by Wallparta
  • In some cases, a partial refund or store credit may be offered instead of requiring a physical return

Our team will always aim to minimize inconvenience and unnecessary shipping costs.

Installed or Used Products

Installed, cut, or partially used products may still qualify under the Wallparta Satisfaction Guarantee.

Depending on the situation, resolutions may include:

  • Replacement panels
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit

Full refunds are not guaranteed for installed or used products but may be offered at our discretion.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as part of our Satisfaction Guarantee.
If an exchange is approved, replacement items will be shipped once the resolution has been confirmed.

Fair Use Policy

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to protect honest customers and ensure long-term fairness.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases involving:

  • Repeated or excessive claims
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or alterations
  • Requests inconsistent with prior claims or order history
  • Behaviour that suggests abuse of the policy

This helps us continue offering a generous satisfaction guarantee to all customers.

International & Cross-Border Orders

For orders shipped across borders:

  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs may be higher and are generally the customer’s responsibility
  • In many cases, partial refunds or store credit may be offered instead of physical returns

Damage-Free Delivery Guarantee

Your panels should arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace the damaged panels at no cost to you.

Sample-First Guarantee

Not sure which finish is right? Start with sample panels.

If you purchase sample panels first, we’ll apply the sample cost as a credit toward your full Wallparta order (within a specified timeframe).

This lets you see, feel, and test the panels before making a larger purchase.

Free Design Mockup Guarantee

We offer a free design mockup so you can see how Wallparta will look in your space before you commit.

This service is designed to:

  • Eliminate guesswork
  • Help you choose the right finish
  • Reduce ordering mistakes

There is no obligation to purchase after receiving your mockup.

How to Initiate a Return:

To begin the return process, please contact us at returns@wallparta.com.

Once your return request is approved and if the agreed upon resolution requires shipping back the package then we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Please note that refunds are processed once returned items are inspected and will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. Processing times may vary based on payment provider and banking institutions.
